Registered Nurse

* Assisting patient with daily tasks such as eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, Maintains resident’ records daily in a timely manner.
* Reports any changes in residents physical condition and / or behavior.
* Allows and encourages residents to do as much of their own care as possible.
* Ensuring that patient follow treatment plans and take the necessary medication.
* Initiates and participates in leisure activities provided for residents as described in the programme.
* Serving as a companion to clients.
* Transporting client to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
* Managing medication serving.
* Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills.
* Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the residents.
* Follow proper procedures in emergency situation and responds promptly.
* Knows location of each resident, and notifies the supervisor immediately if unable to locate a resident .
* Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.
