Our modernized apartment has everything you need for your travels. The Duplex unit includes 1 bedroom & 2 bathroom:

* Shampoo and body wash, bath towels (both disposable and reusable)
* Ironing facilities, hangers
* Kitchenware and utensils: pots, pans, induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, rice cooker, etc.
* Free 1 car park

Guest have an access and are allowed to use the facilities located at Level 2 below:
1. Infinity pool facing the i-City Central Mall.
2. Gym.
3. Sauna.
4. BBQ Corner (Reservation Needed and Fees apply).
4. Kid’s playground.

The place is also located in the the same building which placed all the i-city attractions located at -City Central Walk on the level G.

*You can collect the access cards from our staff at Millerz Square anytime.

★CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME:
*Check In Time after 3pm & Check out Time before 12pm

★EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT :
*Subject to Availability ; Fees might apply

1) Strictly NO-SMOKING.

2) No party is allowed

3) No pets is allowed

4) No over-pax / non-registered guest.

5) Quiet hour is 10pm onwards

6) No illegal activity

7) Any unremoveable stain/damage/missing items/ smoking incurred after your check out, will be charged accordingly as a replacement / special cleaning cost which is NOT COVERED under cleaning fee.
