Technician

1. Repair and maintenance of air conditioning, faulty appliances, carpentry, drywall, fix electrical issues, flooring, painting, plumbing, water roofing, construction civil and structural work.
2.Responsible for day to day operations of electrical installation and monitoring of LV/HV facility equipment performance.
3. Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance to schedule.
4. Assist in monitoring all works being performance by outside contractors.
Coordinate special projects as directed by the Building Manager/Executive.
5.Responsible for alerting the Building Manager/Executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
6.Meeting deadline and KPI set by the company.
7.Bank in utility payment bills, TNB, IWK, Syabas and etc.
8.To be on call 24 hours and be able to attend site within 45 minutes upon receiving calls, WhatsApp’s, email, SMS instruction from superior.
9.To be responsive and communicative in Company’s or committee group via emails, what’s app or any other related social application in work related during weekdays or / and on weekends.
10To carry out any other duties as when instructed by the superior / management from time to time.
