1) Bookkeeping and general accounting
2) Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
3) Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment
4) Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and
processing mail
5) Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
6) Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations
7) Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data
8) Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips
9) Maintaining foreign workers renewal and passport expiry data
10) Might need to travel to goverment offices when required
11) Must posess own transport
