-Perform filing, data entry and maintaining financial records
-Prepare sales related documents (purchase order & sales invoices)
-Assist to prepare payment vouchers and monthly closing.
-Perform any other duties & responsibilities related to administration as required
-Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
– Prepare Company’s Full Set of Accounting Documents.
– Bookkeeping (Claims and Filing).
– Generate day to day transaction and monthly report.
– Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to seniors and
managers.
– Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
-Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office Application,Sql Account, AutoCount
-Software and SQL software
-Work within minimum supervision and self initiative.
-Able to join immediately
