Responsibilities:
-Draft and manage the Director’s emails and letters, ensuring effective communication with business partners.
-Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, and compiling materials.
-Run errands for the Director and handle personal tasks as needed.
Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organization and as directed.
-Manage accounting transactions.
-Prepare budget forecast.
-Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
-Reinforce financial data confidentiality.
-Audit financial transactions and documents.
Requirements:
-Must be able to speak in Mandarin language
-Can speak and write in English and Malay
-Familiar with taxation will be an advantage
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
-Proven experience as a personal assistant, accountant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-High level of discretion and confidentiality.
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
