– Maintain proper documentation filing and record keeping
– Perform and handle general administrative duties
– Computer literate for data entry and assisting in daily operation
– Answer phone calls with proper courtesy, manners, promptly and take messages accordingly
– Assist superior in daily administrative duties

Requirements:
– SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Pleasant, supportive, initiative, and prompt follow-up action at all times
– Disciplined, responsible, and punctual
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
– Must have own transport

Working Hours:
– 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
