Responsible for collecting rentals, utility bills, and other payments.
Drafting and preparing official communications to clients.
Handling maintenance tasks for existing properties.
Identifying opportunities in the residential market for new properties.
Executing marketing and advertising campaigns for properties.
Conducting technical inspections to identify property defects and overseeing repairs.
Liaising with clients to address and resolve complaints.
REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably a degree in Property Management, Engineering, Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in wiring, plumbing, roofing, and other technical areas is desirable
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in property management, including commercial buildings and housing
Must be available for on-site visits as required
Possesses a competent license of B2 and D (“P” (trial) license is not allowed to apply)
Possesses own transport and able to drive both manual cars and 4×4 vehicles
