Check in time is 15:00 evening.
Check out time is 12:00 noon.
* Fees for late check out after 12pm noon is MYR20 per hour.

* Fees to replace a lost door card / keys will cost MYR 200
* Fine for smoking in the unit / room MYR 200

* Kindly please throw all garbage in the garbage room / exit room in the same floor hallway where you staying.
* Fine for leftover garbage in the corridor RM200

* A gently reminder that guests will need to prepare own toothbrush, toothpaste, slipper, universal travel adapter, cooking ingredients, drinking water and others during your stay.

– Every Monday – Sunday except Tuesday (8am – 10pm)
– Every Tuesday off for maintenance
– Building management reserved the rights to change / close the swimming pool operation time.
