Vacancy : Senior Property Maintenance Technician

We are Joint Management Body overseeing the administration and property management of Commercial development in Pandan Indah, Kuala Lumpur.

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Senior Property maintainence Techinian.


Requirements:
– Experience: 5 years in building maintenance & repairs.
– Skills : Understanding hand-on plumbing, electrical & building repairs
– Knowledge: Computer literate MS office and Excel and Familiar in property management software is an added advantage
– Resposibility : To ensure that property owners’ complaint matters shall be handled in a professional and polite manner.
– Monitor and supervise on any maintenance /service work
– Daily routine inspection on common area
– Handling miscellaneous repair, installation, and maintenance
– Attend to complaints from owners/tenants
– Perform repairs works when necessary
– Any other job functions that may be assigned by the Property Manager/Management

Location : Pandan Indah Commersial Park, Pandan Mewah
(near Hopital Ampang , Pandan Mewah )

Wages : Rm2,200 – 3,000 / month
