Landscape Architect (Immediate Hiring)

We are looking for a Landscape Architect (with experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply) to collaborate and joining our team and grow together!

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture

2. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.

3. Have a strong ability in design, technical drawing ability, creative thinking, presentable, committed, responsible and self-motivated.

4. Have a bright potential to lead the team in the landscape scope of works in the near future.

5. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English (written & spoken)


Job Descriptions:

1. Prepare details drawings, submission drawings, tender/contract drawings, and documents to ensure compliance with requirements.

2. Attend meetings with other consultants, clients, and landscape contractors to resolve project and technical issues.

3. Assist with the presentation to the clients on design changes, material changes, costing, etc.

4. Surveying site and inspect landscape project progress.

5. Writing proposals and presenting them to clients.

6. Liaison with local authorities

7. Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Leader/management

Our office is located at Taman Sri Pulai Perdana (near to Pulai Spring Resort)

Working hour : Monday – Friday (8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
