Responsibilities
– To build a good relationship with customers, principal partners and co-staffs within company.
– To initiate contact with clients.
– To handle all work inputs and status updates, appointment setup/follow up/control and manage your own daily work updating procedures.
– To update company’s database to reflect all work completed daily/weekly and monthly status.
– To monitor and provide support for all related marketing, sales, purchase, delivery and all other logistic issues of the specific related company, which is our ongoing or potential clients
– To attend record data and information.
– To make cold calling to arrange and attend the meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
– To assist director in day-to-day company’s marketing operations, visit client’s office
– As and when required assist in any company data entry work
Requirements
– Diploma / Degree
– Female candidates only
– Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
– Computer literate (eg. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
– Able to work independently
– High interest to learn and progress
– Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
– Pleasant personality and ability to socializer professionally would be a cruise advantage
– Possess own transport and must be willing to travel
– Company provides mobile phone. Company laptop as and when deemed required.
– May start work immediately
Salary
– RM 2,000.00 – RM 2,500.00 for probation & with an increment upon work position confirmation, based on performance exhibited, during your probationary period.
