– To handle sales related telephone calls, emails and walk-in customers.
– To contact courier company to check on status update of parcel if any delay / any issue
– Have a clear understanding on cost calculations.
– Prepare quotation, invoice & delivery order
– Arrange goods for customer on time
– Set and achieve targets for the sales department
– To provide quality services to existing clients for business continuity
– Cooperate with department to achieve monthly and yearly sales target
– Manage daily customers’ visitation, collecting order and payment
– Supporting the Sales team in daily administrative task
– Responsible for front office duties, reception and general administration
– Attend promptly to incoming and outgoing calls, mail/courier packages as well as visitors
– Perform data entry and filing tasks
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Requirements :
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
– Preferably candidates with 2 year experience in the related field.
– Experience and knowledgeable 1-3 years in SQL system is added advantange
– Good interpersonal skills with all level of staff
– Can work independently, willing to learn and responsible.
* Working hours: Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 6pm
