JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervision of Production Activities
Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow
Assign tasks and responsibilities to production staff.
Monitor production processes to meet targets and deadlines
Quality Control
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct routine quality checks and inspections.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly
Safety and Compliance
Enforce health and safety regulations on the production floor
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Team Management
Supervise and support production workers
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff
Workflow Management
Coordinate production schedules and manage workflow to ensure efficiency
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies
Report any production delays or issues to the Production Manager
Equipment Maintenance
Ensure production equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly
Schedule regular maintenance and handle minor repairs.
Report major equipment issues to the maintenance team
EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENT
1 Minimum 3 years in food development and FMCG industry
2 Posses Food Handling certificate & ISO / HACCP knowledge is an added advantages
3 Strong knowledge of culinary trends, techniques and ingredients
4 Experience handling 20 production staff
5 Experience in equipment handling
6 Knowledge in computer literacy especially Office software
