1. Search Sensory Residence @ Southville City from your WAZE or GOGLE MAP apps
2. Once arrived at Sensory Residence @ Southville City, for the first time, please register at security post and mention staying at unit A-35-10
3. Proceed tower A guess drop in area and go to mailbox area which located next to common Block A lobby. You may ask the security on duty if unable to find it
4. Find the mailbox for unit A-35-10
5. At the mailbox, please enter passlock code 811 and get the Access Card & unit key.
5. Re-lock the mailbox and proceed to parking level P1.
6. Find parking lot number P1-57 or P1-58, these 2 parking lot are dedicated to this unit.
7. Go to parking lift move to parking level P3A or P6
8. From parking P3A or P6, move out from parking building to main tower A building.
9. To access to tower A building, you need tap the Access Card obtained from mailbox and go to Level 35.
10. Find unit A-35-10.

p/s : please take note that the the usage of Access Card is required during entering in/out from Sensory Residence at Security Post. The usage is similar to “Toll Smart Tag” concept

⛔️ Smoking & Vaping are strictly PROHIBITED in the unit. Both are only allowed at balcony with sliding door in close position & securely locked.
⛔️ Cigarette bud SHALL BE DISPOSED at provided ash tray.
⛔️ Shouting, karaoke, making noise, fire cracking & those related are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
⛔️ NON HALAL FOOD & ALCOHOLIC DRINK are not allowed to be brought into the unit.
⛔️ Pets are NOT ALLOWED.
⛔️ Drug& prohibited items , illegal sex and those againts local regulation & federal law ARE PROHIBITED
⛔️ BEWARE of your kids while playing or sitting at home balcony. Use of condominium facility shall under parental control & surveliance.
⛔️ VANDALISM is strictly PROHIBITED, either on unit or condo facilities or neighbourhood belongings.
⛔️ Maximum number of pax is only 6. Extra guest will be CHARGED accordingly
⛔️ Rubbish need to BE DISPOSED at refuse chamber next to the lift prior check out.
⛔️ Food stain left on the kitchen, counter top, dining table and other areas shall be CLEANED, espcially turmeric based product.
⛔️ Eating at sofa is PROHIBITED, unless it can be kept clean without any food stain on it
⛔️ NO PARTY or OTHER GROUP ACTIVITY is allowed in the unit such as birthday party, kenduri, reunion party, etc, unless permission is granted from the house owner
⛔️ SWITCH OFF all plugs, sockets and power points (except for refregerator) prior leaving the unit.
⛔️ No food or drinks TO BE LEFT in the kitchen, refrigerator, cabinet, microwave & other areas / eletrical equipment prior check out.
⛔️ Remember, this is a HOMESTAY & not a HOTEL. Even in at the hotel, you are required to FOLLOW HOTEL RULES.
