Job Requirements :-
1) Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
2) Fresh Graduate from Hotel Management, Tourism Management or related field encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
3) Past working experience in Hotel industry/Short stay/Homestay is advantage.
4) Looking for young, energetic, innovative person who eager to learn and grow with our company.
5) Good in Communication Skill and Customer Service.
6) MUST fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin is advantage.
7) MUST able to work in shift 3 cycle (OPEN 24 hours)
8) MUST able to work 6 working days
Job Description :-
1) Knowledge and Expertise in OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and Others)
2) Proficiency in Google Applications, OTA Extranets and Hotel PMS.
3) The Front Office processes such as check-in/check-out, all reservation requests, changes and cancellation received by phone, email or third party request and provides attentive, courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
4) Produce and check daily reports, ensuring that the previous day’s reservations are accurate and confirmations are sent.
5) Assist on daily auditing of sales and operation transactions.
6) Reservation through various networking such as via whatApps, e-mail, telephone and handle all guests inquiries and matters.
7) Handle certain operation’s task
8) Ad-hoc task from superior/HOD
9) Ensure that accurate inventories are taken: guest/cleaning supplies and uniforms monthly, linen by monthly basis and maintenance supplies.
