Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor

To assist on preparation of quotations, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting. (FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM)
– Managing part of construction site.
– Managing and prepare order site material and machinery.
-Responsible for Taking-off quantities.
-Responsible for Site Measurements.
-Responsible for Workers’ Wages summary.
-To assist on evaluation of cost from contractors and suppliers.
-To assist on Valuation of progress claims and Variation Orders.
-To assist on Monitoring and keep track of project progress.
-Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.
– Site visit monitor progress worker claim
– To coordinate workers related work
– Experience in Fire Protection system is an advantage


Working at Pandan Perdana K.L (Office HQ)
Working hour – Monday 9am- 6pm
– Saturday 9am-1pm
