*Prepare and manage sales documents : sales order, delivery order, invoice, purchase order, service note and etc.
*Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Manager and Senior Management.
*Answering incoming calls; taking message and re-directing calls as required.
*Data entry
*Liaise with warehouse regarding stock, orders & other related matters.
*Develop and maintain a proper filing system
*Assist in office daily operations and general administrative tasks
