Position : Customer Service Professional (Immediate Hiring)
Working Location : Shah Alam (Nearby Subang Jaya LRT Station)
Working Days : Monday – Sunday (2days off – rotate)
Working Hours : shift 9 hours per day (including 1 hour break) – the call centre works 24/7
Basic Salary : RM 2100 – RM 2300 (Based on experience)
Allowances : RM 100/month (KPI) & RM 500/quarter (Team KPI) – both allowance are not fixed and based on performance & attendance
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
Follow up with the customer on pending cases
Create report in the system
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM – Compulsory
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
Possible to have own transportation
No work experience required. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
