Requirement:
– Prefer candidate with hotel front desk experience
– Diploma & above will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
– Connecting with guests before, during and after their stay, providing great
customer service over the phone, email, app or social medias chat.
– Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
– Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from all sales channels in a timely and courteous manner
– Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, billing, and room allocations
– Process cash, credit card, and other payment methods accurately and securely
– Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
– Adhere to all company policies and procedures
– Work closely with daily operational task such as housekeeping & maintenance team to make sure units are in guest ready condition.
– Collect and maintain customer database for future promotion and sales purpose.
– Maintain reviews and listing quality on both online and offline advertising platforms such as Airbnb and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) etc.
– Enhance, devise & implement existing or new process to ensure perfect guest experience.
– Understand and familiar with the uses of software like channel manager, property management software etc.
– Promote and upsell services and amenities to guests
– Perform any other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager
