Warehouse Supervisor

JOB OBJECTIVE / SUMMARY
To perform Warehouse activities such as movement of products, picking & packing exercise. Responsible for daily Logistics Administration, Picking, Inventory, Loading & Unloading process. Assisting manager in Operation of Distribution.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor and control Logistics inbound and outbound process
– Distribution to outlets
– Receive supplier
2. Plan,organize logistics operation process flow
– Picking
– Checking
– Dispatch
– Arrival
– Storage
3. Manage timely inventory updates, physical reconciliation and accuracy
4. Monitor and support production requirement,schedules and ensures timely fulfillment of inventory movement
5. Ensure all item in inventory are in Safe Level Quantity
6. Assist in interactions with related Dept ( Outlets,Finance,Foodlab) and ensure reasonable logistics technical expectation, instruction are highlight and executed
7. Monitor product quality and provide solution of any dispute within timeline
8. Ensure all transaction are documented, recorded and maintain good filing
9. Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment are well check and maintained
10. Check and ensure all vehicles in good conditions to run
– Maintenance record book
– Liase with supervisor
– Responsible for fleet of vehicle inspection and maintenance
11. Keep track of KPI and ensure improvement from time to time ( order fulfillment,cost)
12. Maintain high discipline as personnel and task completion
13. In charge in operation staff’s Overtime and submit to manager for approval.
