JOB SCOPE
– Answering Phones and Emails
– Greeting Visitors
– Inputting and updating data in computer systems and databases.
– Filing: Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files and records.
– Handling photocopying, printing, and scanning of documents.
– Mail Handling: Sorting, distributing, and sending mail and packages.
– Document Preparation: Creating, formatting, and editing documents
– Assisting with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
– Customer Service; Providing support and information to clients and customers.
