Description
Ensure smooth production flow and monitor daily production.
Supervise and manage production staff.
Monitor production operator performance & take corrective action as needed
Ensure 6S and safety regulations are followed & maintained.
Liaise with Engineering on problem solving.
Ensure all the documents fill up and filing properly.
Ensure all the operators meet their output and quality as per target given.
Checking attendance, approve overtime of all factory workers.
To perform other duties as assigned.
