Job Scope :
– To promote product and provide consultation service to customer.
– Effectively use calling script to communicate the value proposition of our products.
– Schedule appointments for sales team to meet with potential customers.
– Meet daily and weekly targets for the number of calls and appointments sets.


Requirement :
– Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia
– Possess a sweet and clear voice with excellent phone etiquette.
– Strong conversational skills and ability to engage with diverse clients.
– Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or related field is preferred.
