Company Overview:

We are a leading health supplement manufacturer based in Puchong, Selangor, committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in our operations. We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Factory Maintenance Executive to oversee the maintenance of our facilities and machinery.

Position Overview:

The Factory Maintenance Executive will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of all factory facilities and machinery. This role involves conducting regular inspections, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to enhance productivity and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspections and assessments of machinery and factory facilities to identify maintenance needs.

Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machinery performance.

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, performing repairs as necessary or coordinating with external service providers.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities.

Assist in the procurement and management of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks.

Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance processes.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or relevant technical qualifications.

Proven experience in factory maintenance roles, preferably in the manufacturing or health supplement industry.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and practices.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a factory environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
