Responsibilities
1. Manage the filing system for all company documents, such as PO, DO &, etc
2. Prepare proposal and quotations
3. Perform data entry, generate sales report.
4. Perform bookkeeping, and maintain a good filing system.
5. Other administrative, clerical tasks and undertake any other ad-hoc assignment.
In addition, basic training will be provided for the below:
1. Design & Marketing
2. Project Management
3. Sales
4. Accounts and Finance
We are looking for:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, & Excel).
2. Teachable, willing to learn, Good self-discipline, driven, motivated
3. Able to work independently and efficiently,
4. Good organisational, administrative, and coordination skills.
5. Having a cheerful, positive, and polite personality.
