Firm located at Jalan Ampang, opposite Ampang Point seeking an energetic and capable administrative secretary to assist us with office administration.
Administrative Secretaries perform day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties in office environments include reporting to management, drafting documents and entering data, and scheduling appointments.
Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be key in successfully carrying out your responsibilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for :-
1) Organise and maintain filing system.
2) Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report required by Superiors.
3) Key in and ensure accurate data entry.
4) Undertake Ad Hoc tasks when necessary.
5) Plan and coordinate administrative matters.
6) liaising with clients, Malaysia Government Officer and public.
To ensure success as an administrative secretary, you should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role.
