Job Responsibilities:
1.Respond to emails / live chat in a timely manner, handle customer inquiries over messaging apps
2.Solves customer issues and performs general office tasks, such as answering the phone, typing letters and filing.
3.Billing invoice and cash bill for customer
4.Perform daily tasks in e-commerce management
5.Packaging of goods for e-commerce order
6.Taking care of the store and products, calculate stock inventory
7.Assist in the day-to-day administration and operational tasks
Job Requirements:
1.Minimum SPM level, fresh graduates encourage to apply
2.Fluent in Chinese, English and Malay
3.Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
4.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
5.Ability to meet deadlines.
