We are dedicated to Umrah Haji & Vacation Group Trip and are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:


– Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

– Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

– Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement best practices.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

– Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

– Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.



Requirements:


– Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

– In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.

– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.



Preferred Qualifications:


– Experience in Umrah Haji & Tourism industry.

– Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).

– Experience with marketing automation tools
