Landscape Supervisor

Work scope:

– You need to send workers to the job site for maintenance work
or landscape work.
– You should also manage and supervise landscape maintenance activities in
site.
– Make sure to always check to make sure there are no area sections
the landscape is left unattended.
– To manage and handle complaints and to provide / suggest
corrective plan to the customer.
– You need to prepare medicine for plants and trees that are lacking
nutrients, infected with diseases or attacked by pests.
– Responsible for ordering materials needed by the site and performing
preventive maintenance on small and large equipment trucks, mowers
brushes, conditioners and blowers to minimize downtime.
– To ensure workers are trained on how to use the equipment before
perform assigned work to minimize machine damage.
– Ensure all work carried out by employees as specified
in their job description completed within the specified period and with
appropriately and safely
– You should also record the employee’s daily attendance
– You need to attend and participate in meetings required by the client
or administrative department.
– You also need to prepare monthly reports and reports for the site
required by the customer
– You need to give suggestions to upgrade the landscape to the customer
if needed.
– Candidates with a truck driving license will be given priority.
