• Responsible in assisting BE/Asst Manager/Manager on Complaint Management and Problem Resolution within agreed timeline.
• Responsible in providing support and resolving support request as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands (onsite or offsite).
• To ensure that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
• Provide the assistance to the respective owner pertaining to the questions, problems and resolutions.
• Diagnosing problem and other issues in the direction of resolution
