Engineering company looking for candidate who can assist in
general administrative work
* Assist in prepare invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order
* Update and follow up on payment from customer
* Prepare worker claims and update worker schedule
* Answering phone call and assist in office management procedures
* Checking and sending email
* Able to travel to do ad hoc work and banking
Required skills(s) : MS Word / Excel / SQL
* Good communication skills and written skills in English
* Prefer 2 years experience
* Prefer with driving license
* Able to work independently
* Able to start work immediately
* Working 5.5 days per week
* Alternate Saturday working
