Assistant /Facility Manager

JOB REPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure the infrastructure of the building is well maintain and in good condition
• Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members
• Run routine maintenance inspections
• Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation
• Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
• Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
• Support maintenance and instalment work as needed
• authorities / contractor / architect or supplier on projects/modification/improvement activities.
• Overseeing and accountable for fulfilment of the implementation of all activities in the facility scope of works to achieve the quality objectives and key performance indicators.
• Oversee daily plant facility, utilities and related documents
• Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Reviews historical maintenance records to develop proactive inspection, testing and preventive maintenance schedule.
• To update the Management on the progress and status.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and experience:
• Minimum qualification requirement Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse facilities management or related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel application
• Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional leadership experience
• Contract handling experience
