QC Inspector / Pemeriksa Kualiti

JOB DESCRIPTION:
A QC Inspector is a personnel who ensures manufactured products meet requirements using tools and guidelines. They inspect and verify product quality, ensuring it meets standards before reaching the consumer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing checklist and standard to grasp the quality requirements for products and materials.
• Evaluating finished products based on quality standards, either approving or rejecting them, and maintaining good quality throughout process.
• Choosing product samples and conducting inspections using suitable methods.
• Maintain record of testing, information, and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
• Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discard any that doesn’t meet requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Quality Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:
• Fresh graduate (in civil engineering field) are most welcome.
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to details
• Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
• English writing, speaking & listening: 5/10. (average)
