Job Scope:

1. Scheduling Events:
Plan, organize, and coordinate events for the association, including member meetings, conferences, and networking events.

Ensure all event details are communicated effectively to attendees and stakeholders.

2. Scheduling Meetings:
Arrange and schedule meetings for the association, including board meetings and committee meetings.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.

Coordinate with members to ensure availability and attendance.

3. Personal Assistant to the President:
Provide administrative support to the President of the association.
Manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.

Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the President.
Assist with travel arrangements and other personal tasks as required.

4. Public Relations (PR):
Assist in managing the association’s public image and reputation.
Maintain and update the association’s website and social media platforms.
Coordinate with media outlets and handle media inquiries.

Requirements:

Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the real estate industry.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
