– In providing customer service to all owners / residents (attend to owners / resident complaints, facilities booking and etc.)
– Daily administrative paper works.
– Assist Building Manager for any ad-hoc administrative works from time to time if deemed necessary.
– To compile daily/ monthly reports submitted by service provider.
– To assist in creating up-keeping and maintaining all file at Management Office.
– To collect maintenance fees & others related fees, issuing official receipt and handover to account assistant daily.
– To follow-up with residents on late payment.
