Requirements:

a) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial or equivalent with minimum 5 years of high level Personal Assistant support experience in a consulting or professional environment.

b) Effective written communication and report writing skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

c) Able to handle sensitive information and strict confidentiality.

d) Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

e) Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities:

a) To organize and manage confidential documents, correspondence, filing system.

b) Prepare, manage and reply to correspondences, update progress reports and documents.

c) Handle day to day operations of general secretary duties and provide administrative support on official & personal affairs.
