RESPONSIBILITIES :
*Provide professional and efficient secretarial and administrative support to COO with high standard of confidentiality
*Ensure meetings and appointments are arranged and coordinated effectively
*Liaise and work with all level of management and staff to ensure that all deadlines and commitments are followed through and complied with
*Ensure daily incoming and outgoing office correspondence/documents are organized systematically and disseminated promptly
*Perform any other related duties as requested by the COO from time to time

REQUIREMENTS :
*Diploma/ Degree in Secretarial or equivalent from recognized higher institution
*Matured and confident in dealing with situation and meeting with all levels of people
*Ability to work independently with multiple tasks
*At least 2 years working experiences
*Good communicating skills in both spoken & written Bahasa Malysia & English
*Disciplined and to maintain confidentiality
