RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform outbound calls to the customers (database and leads are given)
2. Building and maintaining relationships with customers through follow-up calls
3. Recording customer interactions and updating customer information in a database
REQUIREMENT
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in telemarketing/sales is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with basic Computer Knowledge.
• Willing to learn and willing to grow your ability
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Strong verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Working Location at Pandan Perdana Cheras
• Working Monday to Friday (10am – 5pm)
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Full time position is available
Supplemental Pay :
• Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,000 per month
• Commission Pay
• Performance Bonus
