Job Description:
– Assist in the smooth running of daily business activities.
– Provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
– Perform data entry tasks for easy and accurate data retrieval.
– Prepare purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, delivery orders, and other necessary documentation.
– Assist in sales administration to support company sales activities.
– Handle telephone inquiries, manage incoming calls, take messages, and process mail.
– Maintain and update administrative records accurately.
– Develop and maintain a proper filing system (both paper and electronic formats) to ensure document traceability.
– Track documents before submitting them to the relevant department.
– Manage office supplies and inventory efficiently.
– Perform additional tasks as assigned by immediate supervisors or management.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum SPM/STPM.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
– Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work well in a team environment.
– Capable of multitasking while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
– Able to work independently with a sense of urgency and minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
– Willingness to handle ad hoc tasks as required by supervisors or management.
