– Assist with finances: process invoices, collect dues, and support budgeting activities.
– Engage the community: facilitate events, promote participation, and collaborate with committees.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
– Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a community or residential setting.
– Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with database management software.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
– Knowledge of community engagement principles and practices is desirable.
– Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or meetings.
