We design the space for holiday home not to cater any events. As the unit size and also the furniture layout not suitable for any events. We only host normal overnight guests. Photoshoot or Commercial Photoshoot will have different rate as well.

If you are looking for a comfortable and luxurious apartment for 6 people or less. Our apartment have the space just about right. It has a living room and kitchen with all modern equipment. Each room also equipped with universal power socket (no more worries about different plug head point). The living room has patio doors that offer amazing view. Master bedroom come with its own bathroom.

Sleeping arrangement only in beds in the bedroom. No sleeping on the sofa. Additional guest more than 6 people will get penalty of RM100 per person and per day. My unit capacity is only for 6 People.

We provide clean linen and towels.There is free Wifi (fibre) available. The apartment is equipped with Air Conditioning, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Coffee and tea are included, microwave hot air oven, refrigerator, washing/dryer-machine, hairdryer and TV and DVD player are at your disposal. Netflix also available .

Our apartment is only 30 minutes away from the airport and about 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur city center. It have 2 designated covered parking lots.

We have 2 designated parking lots. Extra cars have to park at visitor parking. Please note that the apartment management may impose overnight parking charges for those parking at the visitors parking area. This additional cost is to be borne by the guest. Please respect other tenants of the apartment by only parking at the space provided. (Illegal parking will get clamp and fined for RM50 paid by the guest)

You can access all parts of the apartment unit. Using facilities within premises such as swimming pool and gym. Tthere are also musollah downstairs at common area of apartment.

-Please read house rules before inquiring about booking.

-Please check out other great places to stay if you wish to party or gatherings with loud noise and if you think you may not be able to abide by the house rules.

-We have strict limit of 6 people in the unit at anytime, based on the number of beds. However it is possible to accommodate additional guest or two with additional charges. Honesty from your side will be highly appreciated because we really don’t want to ask you to pay the penalty if it’s not neccesary.

-Sleeping is only allowed in the designated bedrooms. We will need to know exactly how many people will be staying and the age for the children.

– Please return all the items in the house to the original place after use. In case there is any damage, you will need to pay for any repair.

-Make sure you place all the rubbish at the garbage area by the lobby level next to the guard station before you check out.
