1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/ “O” Level, Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): Good Communication Skills, Volare System & Team Work.
4. Preferably Non – Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
5. Experience in Collection or Customer Service will be an advantage
6. Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia and any other languages will be an added advantage.
7. Training will be provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION
You shall faithfully and diligently serve the company and carry out the duties and responsibilities of your position, amongst others, as follow:
a) When files are assigned need to do dunning within 48 hours and submit your status report.
b) Files for which the customer cannot be contacted via telephone to take immediate steps to visit the customer at site (SV)
c) Key in the remarks in the worksheet immediately after talking to customer likewise customer requesting for full settlement letter / proposal letter / release letter immediate attention to be given.
d) Any duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time at the sole- discretion of the Management.
