– Open for FEMALE ONLY.
– Prepare weekly/monthly payments for expenses, utilities, suppliers, etc.
– Checking/preparing a monthly stock report.
– Key in monthly sales into the accounting system (using Autocount)
– Manage/handle petty cash records for the company’s retail outlet.
– Monitoring/handling staff’s purchase record.
– Record employee leave in Excel.
– Monitoring CCTV in every outlet.
– Handling foreign workers’ documentation such as new hiring, renewal passport/permit/Fomema, etc.
– Prepare/issue Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoice to suppliers/clients.
– Chasing payments from the company’s clients and recording payments into the accounting system (using Autocount).
– Scheduling jobs for the company’s technicians at the project site.
– Prepare monthly payroll for all employees.
– Filling documents.
– Any duties assigned by the Superior/Director.

Candidates who apply for this job must:
– Familiar with Autocount system.
– Expert in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
– Manage to work under pressure.
– Manage to meet the dateline for any ad hoc job.
– Can work in a team.
