MARKETING OFFICER

We are a leading TVET College in Malaysia for more than 20 years under the Ministry Of Human Resources.

We are looking to hire a self-driven Marketing Officer to help us grow our TVET college student numbers and promote our DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL, AUTOMOTIVE AND MECHATRONICS programmes to our targeted groups which are;

1. PT3 and SPM School leavers
2. School Counsellors in Schools

It is your responsibility to generate leads and bring in students for our Diploma TVET Programmes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Achieve student recruitment targets set by the Head
– Plan, participate and execute marketing strategies to generate leads
– Provide course counselling to prospective students / parents and convert them into enrolment
– Promote programmes in various activities such as events in school, education fairs, exhibitions, roadshow etc
– Answer calls or course enquiries by students / parents and provide detailed information such as course outline, fees structure and career pathway
– Enter and update lead information in the database accurately
– Prepare marketing reports and present KPI achievements
– Maintaining good customer relationships

REQUIREMENT

We are looking for someone with the following (if you have most but not all of these, we still encouraged you to apply)

Diploma / degree holder
– Min 2 year sales and marketing experience
– Working experience in the education industry is an added advantage
– Self-started and able to work independently
– Goal-oriented, driven and motivated to reach sales target
– Integrity and honestly during marketing initiatives
– Good interpersonal and communication skills

Skill required:

– Proficient in English, speaking and writing.
– Persistent in following up and through to completion.
– Adaptable & amp; highly flexible with changes
