• Reports to General Manager.
• Support office operations & backend processes (Filing of Payment, Bills and etc)
• Maintain customer relations by responding to enquiries via phone and email
• Sales support by issuing tender bids, quotations and invoices
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Ensure office’s properties are well kept and secured
• Keep track and maintain office inventories
