My place is a dual key apartment (one apartment comes with two separate private space locked units) and you will be staying in one of the private one bedroom unit.
This comes with full facilities i.e WIFI, Smart TV, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, etc. This is a new and cozy design apartment with 5 star facilities.
It is a newly completed building and hence there are still defect repair works ongoing in the building and hence would appreciate your understanding on the current condition of the building.
Free access to all the facilites i.e Sky Pool, Jacuzzi, Rooftop Lounge, Sky Gym
(Pool will be close from 12PM to 3PM on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for cleaning)

️1. For security purposes, registration is required to be done early A Day Before Arrive / Once booking is confirmed. Acceptable forms include a photo of Malaysia local ID, driving license or passport either one.
2. Check in time end at 11.59pm. Therefore all guest REQUIRED (Must) respond to host message to done registration and update check in time (BEFORE 11.45pm on the date check in)
3. Guest respond after 12am, will consider NO SHOW and NO REFUND.

(1) [Number of Check In Guest]
We ONLY ALLOWED the number of guest check-in according to Guest Itinerary. Guests must declare if the occupants are not the same as the booking name. No other guests other than declared and management reserved the right to evict undeclared guests during the stay.
(2) [Security Deposit]
An amount of RM300.00 Security Deposit is required BEFORE check in. Refund of the Security Deposit is subject to inspection of the apartment upon check out and the return of all room card and keys.
(3) [Early Check In & Late Check Out]
Early check-in and Late Check-out is subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance. An amount of RM300.00 room charge applied for early check-in or late check-out (if any).
(4) [Cleaning Fees]
Cleaning Fees that you paid for the booking is the one off house cleaning & laundry service after check-out. Additional house cleaning & laundry service can be arranged with additional charges.
(5) [Outdoor Shoe]
No Outdoor Shoe walking inside the house.
(6) [Smoking]
All guest rooms are 100% STRICTLY NO SMOKING (THE ENTIRE BUILDING, UNIT AND BALCONY IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE). RM500.00 additional ozone cleaning fee will be charged towards the guest who violates the smoking policy.
(7) [Moving Furniture]
Guests are not allowed to re-arrange any interior furniture as it may cause damages to the furniture and also the flooring.
(8) [Stains & Damages]
Any damage or stubborn stains caused by guest on our linen or towels, carpet, rug, sofa, chairs, painting, hair dryer, etc may attract additional cleaning treatment cost which will be borne by guest.
(9) [Video/Photo Shooting]
To use the apartment for the purpose of accommodation only. We are not allowed other purposes other than declared, for example friends **visiting, gathering events, party, celebration, photo shoot or video shooting** in the apartment. Management reserved the right to take any action it deems necessary if any guest violates the policy.
(10) [Key/Access Card/Parking Card]
Guests are responsible for the apartment key, access card and car park card (if any) given on arrival. There will be a charge of RM500 per card for any damages or loss of apartment key, access card and car park card.
(11) [Pets]
No pets are allowed in the apartment.
(12) [Durian & Mangosteens]
STRICTLY No Durian & Mangosteens are allowed in the apartment.
(13) [Guest’s Valuables]
Guests are responsible for owned valuables’ safety therefore please kindly keep your valuables properly during your stay until check out from the house. We are not taking any responsibility to keep the lost and found.
(14) [Grabage]
Guest is 100% STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to place any trash/rubbish/garbage outside the apartment. Please keep INSIDE the unit or throw to the garbage room at the same floor. RM500.00 penalty be charged towards the guest who violates the policy.
(15) [Indoor/Outdoor Cleanliness]
Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in a clean and sanitary fashion. This responsibility includes the interior of the apartment and the outside area surrounding the apartment. The apartment and furnishings should be kept in a clean and sanitary condition so as not to cause.
