A4 Chargeman

Responsibilities:
– Initiate and close work requests for maintenance.
– Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on LV
electrical systems and generating systems.
– Troubleshoot and re-program electrical controls on LV and ancillary equipment.
– Prepare electrical spare/replacement parts.
– Act in an emergency role as per Company Emergency Response Plan.
– Perform additional duties as assigned by the Building Services Manager.

Requirements:
– Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with A4 Chargeman Certificate.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Management.
– Knowledge of M & E systems for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-development.
– Good interpersonal skills and effective working relationships.
– Fair communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate.
– Able to work independently, reliable, and self-initiated.
