Job Descriptions:
• Update reports in excel such as daily sales reports(services), key in receipt number for insurance, finance payment
• Reconcile payment receive from customers with bank statements
• Prepare invoices
• Records sales invoices for services, Hp loan disbursement, insurance commission and rental in Autocount
• Write the Sales invoice number and price on supplier invoice
• Perform cashier duty on Saturday (alternate)
• Extract record from PSOS website (for booking) in excel
• Filing invoices, bank statement, etc
• Performs other related duties as assigned


Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting/Finance
• Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply
• Minimum 1 year working experience in data entry of account is an added advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word
• Good in teamworking, discipline and communication


Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30AM to 5:30PM; Sat 8:30AM to 1:00PM
– Able to work IMMEDIATELY
