Job scope:
To assist on all matters in accounting and administration field:-
1. Data entry & filing documentation
2. Prepare payment voucher and checking payment out
3. Prepare and checking payroll
4. Liaise with bankers on banking matter or other external parties such as
company secretary, suppliers, customers, etc.
5. Assist superior to handle full set of account
6. Assist in monitoring cash flow management
7. Any other duties and responsibilities as and when required by the
superior
Requirement:
1. At least a diploma holder in accounting or equivalent
2. Basic computer, word, excel and SQL Accounting system
3. Able to communicate in Malay and English
4. Attention to detail and accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
5. Able to work in team, independent and highly motivated
6. Responsible and manage multiple tasks
7. Entry level < 1 year / 1 – 2 years experience
